Invite your team and control exactly what each person can see, from Dashboard → Settings → Team. Only the owner can manage the team and billing.
Roles
- Owner — full access to everything, including team and billing.
- Admin — all sections by default.
- Staff — all sections by default.
- Scanner — only the Stamp screen; lands there directly at login.
Permission sections
- Scan — the in-store stamp & redeem screen.
- Customers — customer list, profiles and live activity.
- Card — the loyalty card studio and QR poster.
- Marketing — automations, campaigns, reviews and referrals.
- Analytics — reports, cohorts and AI insights.
- Settings — business profile and configuration.
For Admin and Staff you can override the defaults with an explicit list of sections — e.g. give a marketer only Marketing and Analytics. Billing and team management always stay owner-only.
- Settings → Team → invite by email.
- Choose a role.
- Tick the sections they need.
- Optionally assign them to a location.
- They appear under members; pending invites are listed until accepted.
A counter-only employee should be a Scanner — they'll only ever see the Stamp screen.
