Billing, receipts and GST

Fidz is not registered for GST — its turnover is under the AUD $75,000 threshold — so no GST is charged. The price you see is the final price you pay; there is no 10% GST line on your receipt. The amount is still a deductible business expense; your receipt is your proof of payment.

Access your receipts: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage payment / invoices. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can download every past payment receipt as a PDF.

Your accountant can be granted read-only access — contact hello@fidz.app and we'll set them up.
