Cancel your subscription

How to cancel and what happens to your customer data.

  1. Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage payment / invoices.
  2. Stripe Customer Portal opens. Click "Cancel subscription".
  3. Confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then deactivates.

On a free trial? You can cancel the same way before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged.

What happens to my data?

Your customer list, visit history, and campaign data stays for a period after cancellation so you can re-activate by re-subscribing — everything is restored.

To take a copy with you: Dashboard → Customers → Export CSV. Download your full customer database as a CSV file. You own this data, always.
