Import an existing customer list

Already have a customer list? Import it from Dashboard → Customers → Import CSV so you don't start from zero.

1. Dashboard → Customers → Import CSV.
2. Upload your file.
3. Fidz matches common header names automatically (phone / mobile / telephone / cell variants).
4. It dedupes against customers you already have.
5. Review and confirm.

• Limits — up to 10,000 rows per import and 5 MB per file.
• Imported contacts are set to email-opt-out until they opt in, to keep you compliant.

To go the other way, use Export CSV (see the export article). You can also add customers one at a time with Add customer.
