Visits vs points modes, threshold, and what customers win.
Updated 17 June 2026·3 min read
Fidz has two reward modes, set in Dashboard → Card → Design:
- Visits mode — each visit adds points (default 1; set a points-per-visit multiplier). Staff can add 1–10 stamps in one go for larger orders.
- Points mode — points are earned per dollar spent (set points-per-dollar).
- Reward threshold — typical café is 10 (buy 10 get 1 free). Restaurants run 5–7. Salons 4–6.
- Reward label — what the customer actually wins, e.g. "Free coffee" or "Free dessert" or "-20% your next visit".
